weather causing tight chest in anyone else?
Is it possibly hayfever related for you - I know that here we're well into the hayfever season and air pollution has also been high on a few days. So it's not the weather per se but the effects of the weather on other triggers.
funny you should mention hayfever...yes I do suffer from it am taking ceterizen?they seem to do the trick..but the pollution thing that you mention is probably the reason for the tight chest.... any clue as to how long this will last?
Yes same here although mine isnt truely hayfever its the smell that sets off my asthma
weather
my asthma started again a few weeks ago when th eweather changed, my asthma has been under controll for a couple of years but now its anything but. I don't have much of a wheeze but i am very tight chested , short of breath, loads of mucus on a exhale and none of my medication is doing a thing. I'm seriously thinking of binning the medicine to see if i'm any worse or just the same. at least i won't have all the side effects wich come from taking too much of everything.
tight chest and migranes, typical of stormy weather
yesterday and now todays thunder storm and quick changes in the weather has triggered off my asthma big style!!
Lots of nebs yesterday was hoping that ""just one more"" would kick in well it did eventually.
It sounds like lots of uncontrolled asthma to me so perhaps a visit to gp is in need. especailly climbing telly (ithink that was name). I am not been horrid i am just saying i think you should see your gp for advice.
Present blustery weather up here. Wind chill goes right through me making feel footery and as if I've an exam coming up (which I have but its nothing to do with that). Finding hayfever worse today. Itchy eyes, nose, throat - The works!
