Help!!

i no this is gonna seem weird but i really need help in history we are starting to do a topic called the black death (the plague) and when we watch the videos it freaks me out and i have a asthma attack i no it seems weird but what should i do?

if your asthma is triggered by stress than don't put yourself in that stressful situation in the first place speak to your teacher and say that you are not going to watch any more videos on this subject as my own health is far more important than the black death!!and say you can read the video notes instead.
