Hey,

Its not the actual steroids that make you put the weight on...its what the steroids do within your body that increase your appetite and give you the munchies... and then you tend to eat when your body screams at you that your hungry and you munch...you can avoid putting the weight on just be either drinking lots of whater if inbetween meals ... munch on a piece of fruit of just say no lol

i say this, but it is a lot harder to do :)

somebody please correct me if im wrong, but, Charlie-Warlie, i thought that steroid inhalers do not give you munchies etc, since the drugs only go to your lungs, and not your entire body system as with oral steroids (ie pred)
