Every week!!!

Have been watching but not seen this one yet - usually watch on 4OD.

Loved it last week when they were talking about all the Sat night drunks and one of the doctors admitted he'd once fallen over when out drinking, hit his head and had to be brought in which was just a little embarrassing...

was watching it, its on pause at the minute though :)

Haha, did you see that really sweet old man just pocket the a-z of recreational drugs? Bless him

Thanks for the reminder, I nearly missed it this week. Will watch it on the internet later.

Gill

yeh every week I record it and watch it later, but lastweeks, come on A&E should turn away the drunks who cause trouble

Thank goodness for 4od x

I've been watching it on 4OD too, and I'm hooked. I found the drunks episode made me quite angry as they were really rude, bordering on verbally abusive to the staff and if I remember rightly most of them weren't even remotely apologetic in the interview part afterwards. One of them was like ""I MIGHT have had a bit too much to drink MAYBE...POSSIBLY"" Like he doubted he'd had too much and ending up in hospital because of your drinking and then being obnoxious is completely normal, nothing wrong with it at all. =/

I've nothing against anyone having a few drinks and a laugh, but if you don't know your limits and know when to stop, it's probably not a good idea to start. It makes me cross that urgent care gets diverted from the people who really need it to louts who are rude and abusive to the very people who are trying to help them.

Sorry for the rant, I'll get down off my soap box now.

Damn, trying to watch and 4OD is being annoying and giving me every conceivable ad but not playing. [EDIT got there! Knew I was when I heard that phone ringing...]

The drunks were pretty damn rude weren't they?! The guy who'd almost broken his neck was unbelievable, kept trying to get up then claiming the staff trying to stop him paralysing himself were just thinking about themselves. So impressive watching how calm and professional they all stayed, with that and in general - I like the bits where they interview the staff.

I watch it every week...made me sad last night...the old lady who got better then died 2 months later, and the taxi driver wow how could he walk about with his brain in that state...I have been to Kings A&E once they were great...my Dad has a lot of treatment in the hospital and they have always been so good too.
