what would you tell a younger version of yourself if you could go back in time?
i would say a moment on the lips really is a lifetime on the hips......

would say-
get out and experience what you can while your fit to do it xxx
Looking back, I'd say don't change the way you are doing things cos when your own kids and their friends are growing up, they'll call you a cool mum. Some of them will even call you their adopted mum as you turn out at 4 in the morning to collect them from town following a panicky phone call cos they didn't know the buses wouldn't be running on a bank holiday and even though your kids weren't out with them, you still go. Which is worth all the hassles that will come your way in growing up. Ultimately this will make you a good granny and good friend. Dependable but still cool.
I would say Don't Panic Things Will Work Out.
Dont bottle things up - find someone to talk to ask for help if you need it.
Grannymo - love yours!!!
I would tell my self to take every possible oppertunity, because none of us know what is waiting round the corner, and nobody wants to live a life filled with regret. Do the crazy wild things now because whether it is 5 years, 50 years or only a week, one day you wont be able to do them, and wont it be nice to be able to say 'remember the day when....' rather than 'oh i wish I'd been brave enough to...'
make the most of every opportunity you are given and never say no to an opportunity.
after a horrible asthma attack last night i wish id said to myself not to smoke. oh the money and good health i would have now if id done that x
