I see Heinz have introduced microwaveable yogurt-pot-sized portions of beans-this is fantastic because they are such a nuisance to prepare and cook normally eh?

Mash in ready meal trays.....?? Why?

how can anyone eat ready meals. just as well put a heap of salt, and fat on the plate along with a few scraps of mead that get blasted off the bones and shovelled of the floor on an plate.

microwaveable beans, can you put them cold on the bread and stick it all in the microwave? time is so precious, and every second saved I can find something or more likely nothing to do. :D

When I've been in bed and DH is manning the kitchen, we sometimes have microwaveable meals. Good on some occasions. Maybe not for every day.

Re: baked beanz - great for caravanning - no pots to wash. Bit of a nuisance for camping though. Not many backpackers carry a microwave. LOL

I know ready meals are trashy but my friend kindly brought some for me on the way home from the fracture clinic! My leg is now non weight bearing for the next three weeks! We even got SLICED bread! I really dislike convenience food but I am at my wits end and a bit grumpy at the mo.........

I though I had seen it all, that is until I saw this
