Throwing old inhalers away!

without reading the small info sheet,

where is the best place to dispose old canisters.

never chuck any medicines, unless they are empty, if you have changed inhalers/medicines and still have some left, never chuck them away, take them to the pharmacy where they can dispose of them correctly

I always take unused or partially finished meds to my local pharmacy. When I have finished a Ventolin cannister I put the plastic part in a recycle bin and desroy the cannister.

Good to know, I have so many half-used inhalers knocking around from all the failed experiments!

My canisters go into my recycling - non-volatile aerosols are recycled by my local council.

They can't take the plastic casings yet, but if you collect enough of them, you can make junk models with them such as centipedes, use them for mini football boots with finger football................
