a man is on one side of a river with a canoe fox chicken and a bag of grain. He wants to transport the chicken grain and fox across the river but can only transport one at a time and cant leave the chicken wit the grain or it will eat it or leave the fox wit the chicken for the same reason. How does he do it! ?

I know this one - or rather I remember the answer to one involving a wolf, a sheep and a cabbage, but I think the same logic applies...
Take the chicken leaving the fox and the grain then the grain then the fox?
nope sorry incorrect....
if you take the chicken leaving the fox and grain thats fine, but, if you then take the grain you will be leaving the chicken with the grain (no grain left chicken ate it!!) however if you take the fox (fox eats chicken!!)
Trickier than that sorry!!
one person has got this correct so far! Well done u no who u r! Xx

hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahaha oh claire u make me laugh out loud literally! Hahaha te he he u just killed him and the fox and the chicken! Oh and water logged the grain. Lol Xxxx
the man cant swim??? i wouldnt get in a canoe if i couldnt swim! foxes can swim cant they??? :OP using my brain now hehe
they all go ova in the canoe they dont swim across lol!! Promise it is possible! lol Xxx
Ok.
He takes the chicken across the river leaving the fox and the grain on the other side. He then takes the fox over, but doesn't leave the chicken - he brings it back with him. At that point he has fox on one bank, chicken in canoe heading back, and grain unmoved. He leaves the chicken on the first bank and takes the grain back with him - giving him fox and grain on the other side, chicken left behind. Then he goes back for the chicken giving him all three on one side!
