I do hope Tom gets better soon.

I will be thinking of all of you.

There is a really good book by Edmund J. Bourne called The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook - he brings out an edition almost yearly - which I thoroughly recommend.

It takes a holistic approach to anxiety & depression looking at everything from medical treatments through to spiritual, from drugs to Faith to meditation to yoga. It has a very good section on determining trigger points for depression and working out who is stressed in your life. I fund it very useful indeed and perhaps it is something that you can pick up in a library or get yourself.

Hi chloe,

we get some fantastic ideas and suggestions on here. How are you and tom getting on? Love the holistic approach to depression/ phobias anxieties etc, will look out for that one.Think that will be useful thanx bob.

How is Tom today - and yourself? Hope he is feeling a bit better.

Best wishes to you all.

Thinking of you all

Hope Tom is on the mend, must be so scary for those not actually ill. Thoughts are with you all, and at least it looks like you will now be getting some help as a family.

Take care
