am struggling to be able to get support, GP was supposed to be doing 3 months reviews, only happened twice. OT confused about the new system, no one is trying to communicate, or let me know, I have new OT. And trying to navigate nhs app , that shows all the help you can recieve, but you can’t. And in the meantime told to call services instead? My mum helps but almost 70, so I assume that they leave you to rot ,

I can sense you're very frustrated about this. I would have been impressed had you got regular reviews - I never got that. At the time, the entitlement was, the diagnosis itself and one follow-up appointment. End of, apart from a small sheet of paper containing 'signposts'.

You could probably approach your social services adult team, who will probably draw up some sort of plan, but I didn't have much success with that, so good luck if you try it. There may also be discussion groups or charities operating in your area.

I don't know who you mean by OT. I used to imagine that if I hit the right button some team in white coats and clipboards would turn up and say, 'We'll sort this out. You'll be OK.' It never happened.

I am in the States and in a different system altogether. I recently started a exercise program and feel so much better afterwards. Keep up exercising while you navigate your system, it really saves the day.
