Fallen Now Knee Problem

I fell on the sidewalk now I am having a problem with raising my knee to put my pants on….Anyone else have this after falling?

Have you gone to the doctor and gotten an xray? Prop it up and ice your knee and Its also very possible to tear a meniscus when you fall .

I would rest it and use the ice and elevation of leg possibly. though may need to speak with GP. May need physio.
