Hi, I'm new to this but anyway. I have really sore pains in my groin and in my lower back and I don't know if it is arthritis. I do crack my fingers, hips, neck, toes, ankles, knees, back, wrist and shoulders.I crack a lot of things in my body,I really can't help it though however for the last like 3 weeks my lower back has been really sore, nearly every Monday night I do cheerleading but I'm never in pain the next day or anything but 3 weeks ago on Monday I went to cheerleading came home went to sleep then woke up the next morning with a sore back,I couldn't do anything it was to painful but now I can do craps and twist my body but it is still painful.Tonight my hip/groin has been in pain and I don't know what it is can someone help me please!.

You definitely need to ask your doctor. Are you warming up and coo!ing down properly ? Cheerleading can be quite extreme for your body and ' cracking ' your joints is not a good move.

Professional advice I'd suggest.

From past experience get to your G.P. and possibly directed by him to a Specialist. I do not know your age but if you are still young you are in a better position to get the proper treatment, if needed, and you will heal sooner. Getting help is your first and biggest step. Best wishes

Phil

It sounds like you could have trapped the sciatic nerve, I have experienced the same pain as you have described when I've had problems with the sciatic nerve, you need to see your GP. Joyce
