Actrema infusion and swelling of ankles and arms

I have GCA/PMR. I have been taking Prednisone 40 mg for the GCA since June. I have just had my second IV infusion of Actrema for the GCA last Thursday. On Saturday, I developed severe swelling of both ankles. On Sunday, my forearms swelled.

Has anyone had these symptoms from taking the Actrema? This medication is being given to try to enable me to decrease the Prednisone.

I appreciate any thoughts or experiences with Actrema.
