Appealing PIP

I have just been refused PIP enhancement following new diagnosis of heart failure.

Is it worth appealing? What are appeals outcomes success rate?

My heart function is severe. I am retired early and also have Lupus.

Any advice welcomes. The thought of appealing is causing me great anxiety.
