A/F and RLS medication

I am taking 5mg Bisoprolol twice per day and Degoxin once per day and another drug to make my heart beat better. I also need to take 400mg of Gabapentin per night and apply Magnesium butter to my lower legs before getting into bed. I wandered if RLS and my A/F and some heart failure were related and if it was common to get RLS and Sleep problems with some heart problems. Any advice and comments would be appreciated. Thank You 😊😊
