I am almost 45 Hashimoto thyroiditis under treatment .. I have a Xiaomi mi band 5 which my husband gave as a gift because I exercise (gym before lockdown).. yesterday my phone app showed that -at 6.30 am whilst I was in the car very relaxed (as a passenger) returning home from a food shop - it recorded a high h.rate of 158 bpm , Iertainly didn't feel anything or any symptoms but I am worried it may be some kind of arrythmia.Could it be an error or there might be something wrong??
