Hi I am Cutie Was have been having one attack per month since December . I can’t find a trigger so far . I have never drank a great deal but just in case I have stopped alcohol, coffee only decaf one cup a day . I had very slight ankle swelling and they could not catch my fibrillation until the last episode when the ambulance arrived and I was taken to AE . I stayed in over night and was discharged with a warfarin tablet to take and a beta blocker to strengthen the heart action and prevent stroke or heart attack Webb you fibrilares the heart does not empty properly and clots can form . The warden does not have an antidote so I did not want to take it so I am taking an aspirin instead and I am waiting for the results of the eco Cardiograph to see If it’s LVF that leads to heat failure . Or if it’s an electrician problem until I decide to take further medications . I take Omegold that contains vitamin D E omega fatty acids aspirin natural blood thinners and healthy diet exercise . I also read about a treatment with a wand that is more accurate link below

Suggest you follow the Atrial Fibrillation group on here. The vast majority of us are on one anticoagulant or another. Aspirin is not a good choice for preventing stroke in AF and you can't measure how well all other " natural " anticoagulants" are working so very hit and miss. I have been taking warfarin for 6 years then 2 years ago swapped to one of the new anticoagulants which don't need regular INR blood tests bisoprolol won't stop stroke or heart attack, it's the anticoagulant tbat does that. Have a look at the AFA website and there is loads of info to help with your decisions.
