Hello Pumpkins

I had PP after my first child and was treated with Quetiapine which suited me. I went on to have a second child with a 50% risk of PP recurring. I took a low dose of Quetiapine for 6 months after the birth, which could be increased if symptoms started. I’m happy to say I stayed well. Of course I’ll never know if I’d have had PP if I hadn’t taken medication, or if anything else had been different.

I know this isn’t what you asked but I wanted to share a positive experience of being at risk of PP, taking Quetiapine and staying well :)

All the very best x
