Welcome to the forum. It’s good you’ve found the things you enjoy and help you to feel better.

This is a forum for mums who’ve had postpartum psychosis after the birth of their baby. Is this something you’ve been affected by? I suffered a lot from anxiety afterwards, it was awful and really debilitating.

Take care

Ellie
