Hi,

Sorry I don't understand what you are asking.

Hi Pumpkins,

I just wanted to share the APP Insider Guide on Planning Pregnancy for women at risk of PP: app-network.org/wp-content/...

This includes lots of good information, written with input of women who have experienced PP and further pregnancies after an episode, or when they already have a mental health diagnosis, and also includes information on what support you can expect. There is good sections on risks, planning and medication. I didn't take any meds in pregnancy and had no social services involvement. My experience of pregnancy after an episode of PP was that although it was difficult to find any specialist perinatal MH support (because of where I live), the health professionals were very supportive and focussed on what they could to do help me and support my decisions.

All the best, xx
