Hello

I'm not sure if you posted your reply to the right site? As far as I'm aware we don't have anyone on this forum, for mums with, or recovering from Postpartum Psychosis, with this name.

Best wishes.

Don't worry at all, you're not thick! it's just hard when you're not used to all this technology!! we can try and help you. It is a great site. I think if you click on the original post and click 'reply' it should reply to her.

Thrilled to bits to find the site , did a degree in fine arts 20yrs ago as a mature student and got a 2-1 but my wife had to type up my dissertation for me , I came from a generation that used ink but this was also a clue that helped to confirm that i am Bi-polar

I'm walking alone on a sandy beach the sea is lapping over my bare toes there's not a soul in sight a gentle breeze is teasing my hair the sun smiles warm upon my shoulders I hear a bird above and look up to watch it float effortlessly in the bright blue and as i walk feeling the sand squish between my toes I feel the presence of someone else beside me. A man. We walk along in silence the gentle lapping of the sea whispering about us . He doesn't speak till soon I ask his name he replies 'I am your companion I always have been I never saw you before I said. You never looked for me he replied Where are we going I asked. To wherever you should wish he said. Why am I here I asked. You are here to grow he replied. But why I asked. For your better good he said You must follow the stream of life he said. And how shall I find the source I said You must follow your heart he replied With those words he was gone and once more I was alone but his words were were warm in my heart and I felt not alone
