I'm a healthy and fit 29 year old women but I had pre eclampsia in my first and only pregnancy, my kidneys were really struggling (on the last mark on the urine test)

I want another baby next year but

I'm wondering what my chances are of getting this again and can my kidneys Handel it again?

How many people have had more than one pregnancy and how many got pre eclampsia again?

I feel scared to get pregnant as I now know what can happen
