I’m scared because I barely drink water now all I drink is water no soda or juice but for days I barely can drink anything but I eat eat

Have you ever asked yourself why you think you are dying because you are not thirsty?

I personally do not get hungry or thirsty and sometimes go all day without eating or drinking. I often have to force myself to do both, especially to drink enough water.

I have always been like this though.

It does make me constipated and dehydrated at times and I am sure it doesn't do me much good. My family are always telling me to drink something.

But if it worries you enough to be thinking like this you do need to speak to your GP.
