Constipation

Does anyone ever get constipated from anxiety or the opposite it sucks :/

Yes I’m afraid I do as well. I think the anxiety brings on IBS

I do when I take certain pain relievers with the anxiety meds. I know which ones cause it and I take a stool softener or laxative before and during. It helps a lot.

Im usually constipated but don't know if it's from anxiety. I definitely get the runs when I'm nervous.

I get that too like gas all over

Yep and with my anxiety usually ends up with diarreah
