Nyda, hopefully you are already asleep. If not, don't fight the tired feeling, start to take in deep breathes while in bed, hold it for the count of 3 then slowly blow out the air to the count of 6. Doing this and if you have some relaxing music, may help you drift off to sleep without being fearful. Enjoy the calm and peace that will come over you. There is nothing to be afraid of. We will all be waiting for you tomorrow morning and we'll talk again.
