Anyone know of a bad high from Marijuana triggering anxiety & derealization. Thats what started mine. Wish I never tried that stuff. Any suggestions?

Personally I have never tried these substances but others I have read that have also have said it triggered their anxiety , but you have realized that is what started your anxiety & sounds like you won't be trying it again so I would try & put the experience behind you & slowly start to take steps forward in dealing with your anxiety x
