Is it possible to get CBT on NHS? If yes, how should I proceed?

Yes it is, referral through your dr. I don't know if it's the same in all health authorities.
Cheers mate!
I am receiving it through GP suggestion on NHS. Good luck
Hope you don't have to wait too long, it can be a problem at the moment because of long NHS waiting lists! You can get it much quicker through this charity. Best wishes
Yes should contact GP to refer you to IAPT service for CBT
CBT is available privately - it'll just take a quick Google search and it's brilliant because you can make an appointment far sooner than with the NHS. The IAPT service have been really difficult with me... I've been on their books for 6/7 weeks and so far they won't even offer me CBT... and when they do it's a 3 month waiting list!
I went privately for a year and made an appointment the next WEEK with a lovely woman who has helped me hugely. Prices vary but she was £80 per hour. Best of luck xx
