I know that the west coast people on here are up pretty late. Sometimes I post late at night, and by morning there's a bunch of responses from different times zones waiting for me in the morning. That's been nice to wake up too.

There is no phone or video support here as far as I know. You might check with your local NAMI chapter to see what resources they have available.
