Great advice Ic! My therapist taught me to do this when having panic attacks. It does help. It’s all about ignoring the panic. Additional adds to list:

Hold an ice cube in your hand

Put your face in the freezer

Nothing like a cold blast to bring me back down to reality.❄️

This is great advice. Distracting yourself can really help a lot. I like to chew gum and concentrate on that when i get nervous and anxious. It usually helps with keeping me distracted.
