I have IBS-D and I'm having a flare right now, possibly due to the new med and the anxiety that keeps hitting me. I cannot make sense of my bowel movements and my GIs are baffled to at what to do besides hooking me up to IV and getting fluids into my system. I wish I had more answers for you.

it’s supposed to be a natural hemorrhoid cure. Not convinced it’s working yet though

I know you wasn’t looking to be diagnosed but good news…..kachava coffee has wonderful laxative properties …hope this helps
ha! I would think you were onto something but … I’ll try a different food tomorrow. It’s just super nutrient dense since I’m not keeping much in. Google it.
i just noticed on your logs there was a recurring theme kachava ….on further enquiries it pulls water into the colon similar to high strength laxative…certainly would explain the unexplained

what’s the point of meal replacement shakes? I remember drinking them to lose weight back in the day but that isn’t sustainable particularly if you like food. Why not just eat a whole food balanced diet?
You can put in water or coffee or whatever. I’m trying to eat more plant based foods. It got top reviews so I thought…might as well try it. I’m full from it. It tastes pretty good. And I was shitting like this with other foods too. Pumpkin seeds. Bread. Tea. Bananas. Doesn’t matter. Comes right out with this stress. The bonus about Kachava for me is that when I’m throwing up … no chunks.

yes exactly the problem! Thought I would go the “natural” route but definitely finding better uses for these things, now that I’m stuck with 3 packs.

ha! I never give reviews but am considering giving one on these pieces of crap wipes. These are pure punishment. Not worth the healing. I’d rather live with a bumpy ass than a bumpy ass on fire 🔥
