Anyone else here have schizoid personality disorder? It's hard to find communities for us.

I had a brother and a close friend with a schizoid diagnosis. Comes with anxiety, depression, withdrawal, and at its worse delusions. There are enough of like symptoms that you can reach out to others with anxiety, depression, and those who have frequent down times. Diagnosis is a treatment tool for the doctor to give you the best he has to offer. Don't limit yourself. Reach out. How can a be of help and be a friend to you. I have some years of personal experience with a multitude of disorders. At the east I can be supportive.

I should clarify: schizophrenia and schizoid personality are two separate conditions. I have the latter. Basically I feel an overall void of emotion, with spikes of depression and anxiety punctuating sometimes. I have no close relationships, and a general lack of meaning in my life.
