Brain tumour survivor.

I have anxiety and depression issues following a brain tumour when 24. When they removed the tumour they also removed my pituitary gland leaving me hormoneless. My question is how do I get over the brain tumour removal as I was very young when it was removed?

Yes I have no hormones at all and I have Panhypopituitarism, which basically means pan =all, hypo = underperforming, pituitarism = pituitary gland.

How old are you now? Are there treatments for your conditions. I know there are thyroid medicines, but I don't know about other hormones. It seems to me that you should be under the care of an endochronologist. I believe that would be the correct specialty.

55 and I am on a cocktail of medicines, including atorvostatin for my sleep, desmopressin to stop me from weeing all the time, ropinrole for my restless legs,, levothryoxine for my thyroid and hydrocortisone for my adrenal gland. I have to have this steroid every day, so am steroid dependent.
