I did spot the coldness in two of my workmates well in advance of them turning on me. At the time , I only took a vague note of it
Gut instinct is important. I wonder if that comes from knowing our heart and soul? Knowing ourselves well enough to feel something when it's not right? What do you think?
Meditation..., the key to my peace and serenity. Taking my mind off the negative. Exercise and meditation keep me from depression.

This is a nice post. We can always listen of our intuition, and learn to strength it if we choose to...
And also with our heart..
I also think that it is always a good thing to listen to your gut instinct..and to follow it..
Hence why staying healthy (especially eating healthy) is important!
