Worked well for me to get to sleep.

I haven’t taken it in years.I did not have any bad side affects.

I have taken it on occasion when my attacks would get worse. Takes longer to take effect than Xanax, but much more of a “smoother” effect to ease anxiety if that makes sense.

The only side effect that was bothersome to me was constipation. So makes sure to eat much more fiber, up the water intake and probiotics.

I eventually built up a tolerance for benzodiazepines and was taking up to 5 xanex a day. I’m currently going through withdrawal with tapering Valium. It’s been hell trying to get off and I was so suicidal we looked at hospitalization. My advice would be to not take it everyday. Only when you are acutely anxious. Relying on the relief of benzos is really dangerous. Good luck to you
