Is it normal for your heartrate to go over 180 during bad panic attacks?

Yeah true just thwy said i get sinus tachycardia when i panic and havethese episides

I've had panic attacks in the past where my heart was racing, and felt like it was going to explode out of my chest, so I can sympathize with you. But it's really best to ask a doctor about this.
