It’s awful... its like gripping hard onto something trying not to fall but you can feel yourself slipping.

Thankfully the building work has started in our home today so it kind of forced me not to mooch around in bed and to get up and dressed ...

I know how you feel whenever i read peoples posts here I really feel helpless and want to help them so badly.

But its okay i go through a rollercoaster ride in my life lol... i will get out of this funk soon .
