It might help of you for real, get out a pen and paper and write a list of 50 things you are grateful for. Even if It's things you aren't overjoyed about, it actually does help.
Do you have running hot and cold water? Food? Heat? A bed? Do you have anyone that actually DOES love you? I have a tooth brush that is actually new new, and fully functional, and truth be told, I AM actually grateful on some level for that.
It might seem like a pita <pain in the AHEM!> but honestly, it actually does work, and sort of like taking an aspirin or an Excedrin for a headache, it starts working more and more for 30 or 40 minutes after you take the action.

Well i was crying earlier. Just from the usual complete loneliness i have in my life. You?
Feeling lonely myself too. Mainly cuz I have no one in my life to really talk to or be there for me when Iβm down. No one visits me because I live in an old building and they all have big fancy houses. Iβm here for you. Donβt cry. Lots of hugs to you.
