RIGHTt ankle and foot swollen for 4 days now. Taking Daltepariin for DVT on LEFT leg which was discovered in Nov 2012.

He has glucoganoma - cancer on tail of pancreas with liver metastasis. Has rashes on both legs, more rashes on LEFT

Sorry not sure about this, what does it say on the leaflet inside packet, you could always phone nhs direct or make an appointment to see Gp.

I'm no medical practitioner, but there is the slim chance another DVT may well have formed in the right leg too - this will need to be checked out by a specialist as soon as possible. If in doubt, I would go to A&E and get them to check it out. I'm not trying to scare you, but blood clots can be very dangerous. I had a DVT in my left leg too a few years ago - it eventually damaged the artery valves in that leg, and now I have to wear a strong compression sock.
