Last chance to complete the survey on Physical Activity, Exercise and APS...

I just wanted to say a big thank you to all of you who have already completed the Physical Activity, Exercise and APS survey. We have had a great response and some very positive feedback from patients and the medical profession.

The survey will be closing next week so if anyone hasn't had a chance to complete the survey as yet there is still a few days to do so and every contribution matters.
