Dealing with cold hands with APS

I have aps & i suddenly cannot keep my hands warm. They become so painful in colder weather no matter what gloves I wear.

My doctor just prescribed Amlodipine, supposed to help work for Raynauds,I have neuropathy too, waiting for results after 2 weeks. Best I can do is wear compression gloves and then cover with knitted half gloves…stay warm…hope to see some more tips here!🧤
