It depends which country you are in. Best to follow the advice of your own government. Here in the UK we are being advised to avoid all unnecessary social contact and to regularly wash hands. If you know that you have a reduced immune system because of how you have reacted to infections in the past you will want to be extra vigilant, I guess. If you are in the very high risk group which includes those on chemo etc, the advice is that they should self isolate until given further advice on more stringent measures next Monday 23rd. The situation is changing here hour by hour so will probably be completely different by the time you read this!

There is so much conflicting (and fake) information and advice circulating in the medias. So, I am thinking, "What is happening to our "sensible" inner-selfs"? Surely, the most sensible thing to do is to limit social contact as much as possible. I am concerned that we are going to get bog-down with fake information.

I find the daily express is the worst for this and I think the media tend to exaggerate myself!

Sorry it's taken me so long to respond to your message. What a coincidence your mentioning the Daily Express being the worst as the evening previous to receiving your message I was reading Dave Gorman's "Too Much Information". Chapter 4 is titled "Whatever you do, don't look the Daily Express in the Eye". It had made me giggle. I have reached Chapter 13 and it is making me think, and I am still giggling.

Another thing that it driving me crazy is the folks who tell me "Keep Safe". For goodness sake - as if we have a choice.
