Cook books for low cholestrol compatible for wafarin users

Hi I'm wonder if anyone has any good cook books to keep my husband with a low cholestrol we got a shock yesterday after he is found to be dangerous high 14 his serum cholestrol, one even 24 so i need help if any one can help to keep him balanced. Any good cook books you've got please let me know thank you

Apple's after any saturated fatty foods to stop the build up. I take a handful of walnuts every day and walnut oil. Seems to help contain blood pressure. But basically cut out the fatty stuff and exercise. Teaspoon of olive oil been recommended to me.
