One month after my cardio I am getting pains in my back arm legs comes and goes before cardio was sleeping all the time now feel tired al the time but don’t sleep well just napping still up and down

Went to my doctor sent me for a acg chest ex ray and blood test all come back fine still not feeling good they are just keeping a eye on me
