If you have sticky blood Hughes syndrome people usually feel better with an INR around 3.5 take a look on their site on here may help you, INR 1.8 is a bit on the low side, normal for people without Hughes Sunday is about 2.5 although everyone is different so you should take advice from a doctor lovenox covers you while your INR is low, hopefully will soon get in range.

Morning,

I'm not familiar with the second drug you mention, but it sounds like deltaparin that I had to use.

It took me several months to get the right inr levels to attain a reading 2.5 after a cvst in Oct 14. It can also be wildly affected by diet and alcohol intake.

I'd take more advice and try to keep diet quite stable for several weeks. And give it a few months.

Good luck

Have you been diagnosed with Hughes/ APS? Are you bridging to warfarin? Are you still SOB ( short of breath)? Where are you located?
