may i recover from died tissue in lung

in my left lung suffered some tissue dying for last 2months..what can i do now??

any way to recover from this?

As far as I know u cannot bring back dead tissue. I had an un treated PE about 14 yrs ago. My lung closed off the area, so 2/3 rds of right lung is closes off no air in no air out. Just sits there. It will not get better. Whats done is done. Sorry but I dont beleive ur body can regenerate dead tissue. Not a dr. But have dead areas in my brain that are just that dead. Brain could work around it but not fix it as its dead tissue. Hope this helps at least u know. An interference to your prior questions dvt often break up an end up causing PE's in the lung. All I can say is u have to give time for recovey. Ur father wasn't lazy he was ezhausted his body fighting an epic battle while he is tryng to live his life. Very exhausting. That I know. He will recover as mucj as his body can and then he will have to adjust to who he is now. Not who he was. With APS or just blood clots u recover and then u adjust. Sometimes its hard to except what I call the new unimproved me. But the other option sux. So u let him rest when he needs to even if he needs a nap two hours after getting up. Ur body tells u what u need and u must do ur best to accommodate it. Best of luck to you! Be thankful for what time you have. U can't sit there feeling sorry for urself or for someone else that is not a life. U follow what drs tell u, y take ur meds and u live ur life. Remember anyone of us can die at any moment so love em while u have them and LIVE YOUR LIFE. What will come, who knows, but u know u & ur father will hopefully recover and yes, adjust. That's my plan an im stickn to it!
