Hi Jobi1kinobi,

You don't say how old you are and if you already exercise? I'm 51yrs ( recent first PE sept 16 ) and walk a fair bit and do some circuit type training classes. This involves some cardio work and strength traing with weights. Great for fitness generally. I was told there are no limitations on what exercise you chose but definitely get / stay active. Choose what you like doing and can maintain. Good luck. Gale
