I'm new here and haven't started yet but seriously considering it, I'm just so impatient I want the weight gone now. Any advice on not letting the impatience over take this process would be greatly appreciated. xx

I always struggled with my weight so I found that watching my fat intake and not my calorie intake seemed to help more.
