Only under Dr who will tell you how and when, you should never stop it without medical advice, I could be really dangerous

I agree with daisyd. Only your doctor can say when you can come off Warfarin. They will have a plan for you.

I came off mine immediately and it was perfectly OK.

I was over a month with monitoring every week until last week when it was every second day

my gp is looking into me coming of warfarin as I am having to many side affect , I am on it because I have af I cannot go out alone because dizziness is one of the many side affects I get
