Hi all I was wondering if anyone experienced hot feeling in legs I get it a lot and is now moving up my legs and they look red

I have been getting this over the past couple of weeks. When I wake up I have been finding that my legs are red halfway up my calf and they feel warm. It doesn't happen everyday. I would also like to know what it is.

It is strange I get it in my feet a lot but it’s working it’s way up my legs and I can’t cool them down tried sticking feet out of duvet but doesn’t do anything

My chiropodist noticed it and thought it could be due to poor circulation. She says I should mention it to the neurologist I am seeing soon.
