Bowel Control after Prostate Surgery?

Jim had his bladder and prostate removed on June 4, 2018 after several rounds of chemo. The bladder was still cancerous. The surgeon feels he got all of it out. I never heard a Gleason number or anything else on the prostate. It was enlarged and the dictor said it probably had a low grade cancer. He is having a lot of trouble with bowel control now. I am praying it gets better.

Does anyone have tips for improvement for this issue?
